The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return

If your package is damaged upon delivery, we will need you to inform the courier at your end, so that they can process the complaint. You may return damaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received the wrong painting).

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
